Don't take the summer off, use time to get your mind right so you can dominate in the fall.
This means creating new habits and a new mindset that will make it easier for you to win!
Hey hey hey! We're starting off the Summer '17 Get Your Mind Right Challenge today and I'm so glad you are here! The theme for June is Be Good to Yourself. This week your #challenge is to engage in self-care 3 days this week. Self-care is crucial. You can't pour from an empty cup. In order to walk fully in your purpose, you must take care of yourself. Self care can be small or big and it doesn't have to cost a thing.
Here are some examples:
Take a walk.
Take your dog for a walk.
Use your sick leave.
Take your lunch break.
Incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet.
Develop a consistent sleep schedule.
Make a list of your best qualities.
Use a planner to schedule in "me time".
Try something new.
Get a massage.
Give yourself a foot massage.
Give yourself a manicure or pedicure.
Get a manicure or pedicure.
Write a list of things you are grateful for.
Listen to music that inspires you.
Read a book for pleasure.
And the list goes on....
Summer '17 Get Your Mind Right! The theme for week 1 is Be Good to Yourself. his week your #challenge is to engage in self-care 3 days this week. Self-care is crucial.
