I’m an introvert, but put a mic in my hand and a passionate message in my heart and I transform into a woman on a mission to help you reconnect with your truth and reimagine your life for the better.
I’m a calm, easy going person who values peace, rest, growth, autonomy, laughter, soul-centered living, and doing my part to leave the world a better place than I found it. I’m a 9 on the Enneagram and ISFP on the Myers-Briggs.

I earned my Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon. I completed specialized training in Interpersonal Trauma and Women's Mental Health from the Department of Veteran's Affairs and Brown University. My life's work is to use my education and life experiences to educate, inspire, and challenge others to maximize their potential. In my day job, I promote healing in culturally diverse communities who have been impacted by trauma through research, University teaching, service on national boards, and therapy.

I am a Black woman on a mission to live a more radical self-loving, liberated, unapologetic, empowered, purpose-driven, and joy filled life. I hope to inspire you to do the same!
