Lessons come from the journey, not the destination
Life requires us to evolve and adapt to changes that come our way. We may be able to visualize where or how we see ourselves fitting in with family, friends, school, or work but can’t quite find our way there. Or, we may not understand what is going wrong, but know something needs to change. Many people need assistance navigating change and developing the tools necessary to achieve their goals.
I work collaboratively and confidentially with you way to find the right path for your healing and personal growth. When we work together, I get to know you and understand your unique background, strengths, challenges, and experiences. We work together to identify therapy goals, develop an individually-tailored plan to achieve your goals, and, then, implement our plan. To help guide the process, I will draw on over 10 years of experience, training in evidence-based approaches, and research knowledge. This supportive collaboration will give you the confidence, insight, and skills needed to get more of what you want out of life. The successes you achieve through therapy will not only help you live a more fulfilling life, but will enhance your relationships those important to you.
